Who I share it with

Enquiry form messages are processed through Web3Forms so they can be delivered to my email. Hosting providers (for example GitHub Pages) process technical requests needed to serve the site. These providers act as processors or service providers and should only use data to deliver their service.

How long I keep it

Enquiry emails and related notes are kept as long as needed to handle your request and for normal business record-keeping, then deleted or archived when no longer required. Server logs are retained only as long as the host keeps them for security and operations.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict personal data I hold about you, and object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw consent at any time (for example by changing cookie settings). You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
